Sales Director
with the hunger to be hands-on while also having the ability to step-back to ensure we meet our ambitions of double-digit growth. As our Sales Director you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and activities; motivating a high-performing sales team to drive profitable growth across all categories and channels of trade; leading revenue growth management; being responsible for the S&OP process: creating close alignment with cross-functional teams, while building strong relationships with key retail partners who are critical to our success. Based in Camberley you will report to the UK General Manager and be a member of the Management Team. Responsibilities
Leadership Be a visionary leader who inspires and motivates the teams to achieve success Actively participate in the Innovation Board process and launch key innovation Maintain and enhance external relationships with key trade bodies, PR and others Lead, develop and grow a talented sales team Demonstrate strong project leadership skills: focus on priorities and clarity of the roadmap to success Develop, establish and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the short, mid and long term Identify and seek out new opportunities Ensure a shopper-centric strategy to deliver closer customer relationships Continue to embed S&OP and other processes Sustainability Contributing to the UK vision to be the ‘lighthouse for sustainability’ and championing BCorp We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of 6+ years’ senior-level leadership experience with an outstanding track record of success. It goes without saying that you will have strong analytical and financial skills, with proven revenue growth management capability.
