As the Sales Director you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and oversee the sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make recommendations for sales strategies. Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals. Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular feedback to the team. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Sales Operations:

Oversee the sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting. Implement sales processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights. Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business success. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Travel may be required. Benefits:
