We are looking for a Sales Director DACH to join our Professional Business in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Germany. How you make the difference This position is responsible for the development of the long and short term business plan and strategies for all customers and sales channels in the Professional Business in the DACH region. How your agenda looks like: Lead, support, motivate and develop the commercial team to increase engagement and performance and foster a ONE team mentality. Develop and implement the annual budget and local marketing plan, such as communication and promotional activities and assortment strategy in collaboration with Marketing. Ensuring the successful introduction of innovations in the countries. Work closely with the (corporate) marketing teams. Your team: You will report to the Director Region Professional Business and you will be the manager of the DACH Professional Business sales team. What makes you a great fit: Education: Degree in economics or a comparable qualification. Work Experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing/sales in B-to-B and/or B-to-C and at least 5 years of experience managing a sales team. Technical Skills: Sales and marketing experience in professional markets and distribution channels, such as building materials, plumbing/piping, would be a plus. Language: Fluent in German and English. What’s in for you: Work location: Germany. Contract type: Permanent. Working Hours: Full Time.
