We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive client engagement and help expand our market presence. Role Overview As Sales Director, you will lead business development efforts to engage with companies in infrastructure, mining, and other critical sectors that benefit from InSAR and INSIGHTS-based solutions. Your expertise in InSAR technology and industry connections will be instrumental in showcasing CATALYST’s ability to deliver actionable insights that mitigate risk and improve operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and revenue growth across sectors such as mining, infrastructure, and environmental monitoring. Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in target sectors, understanding their unique challenges and aligning CATALYST’s InSAR and INSIGHTS solutions with their needs. Lead complex, solution-oriented sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closing. Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions effectively address client needs and demonstrate CATALYST’s unique value. Oversee account management activities, maintaining long-term client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration. What’s in it for you? Requirements Key Qualifications Extensive sales experience in Earth observation, geospatial technology, or InSAR/remote sensing solutions, particularly with industries focused on risk management and infrastructure monitoring. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas ($2-5m+) in high-stakes, consultative sales environments. Strong network within infrastructure, mining, and environmental sectors, with demonstrated success in leveraging contacts to drive business development. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical experts to senior executives, articulating CATALYST’s value proposition clearly. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in managing long sales cycles and building lasting partnerships.
