Requirements:
Experience of working within the refrigeration industry.
Formal qualifications in HVAC, engineering, or a business-related field.
Long-standing, excellent relationships with commercial and industrial end users.
Experience of managing a sales team.
Based in the North of England.
Package:
Total package value: £120,000.
Base salary in the region of £75,000.
25% bonus based on revenue growth.
Shareholder after 6-month probation, worth approximately £25,000 based on current profit.
