for one of our top clients – a leading Property business based in the North of England. You’ll be the go-to sales leader, hitting the road between the Midlands and the Northeast border. No two days will be the same – you’ll need to stay sharp, flexible, and always ahead of the game. Sales Director , this is your chance to lead, inspire, and put your stamp on the future of the business. Expect to work closely with finance, marketing, and legal teams – ensuring the company remains profitable, compliant, and consistently impresses clients. Your leadership will shape the team, build powerful partnerships, and keep the brand shining bright. The package Up to £120,000 per annum ( inclusive of OTE ) – can go higher, depending on the candidate and track record Enhanced well-being scheme Enhanced holiday leave ( dependent on length of service ) Annual salary reviews The Sales Director role Call the shots – develop governance policies and ensure compliance with property law, AML, data security, and more Work with legal to stay ahead of risks in high-value transactions Drive sales strategies that grow the business and open new doors Spot fresh opportunities – new markets, new clients, new partnerships Own the budget – plan, forecast, and report effectively Maximise profits by making smart, data-driven decisions Build and lead a winning team – mentor, inspire, and plan Collaborate with marketing – ensure the brand stands out and shines Build rock-solid relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders Be the face of the company in major negotiations – and secure the best deals Align sales with the company’s broader vision The person A proven sales leader – you’ve done it before and exceeded targets You know the

UK estate market

inside out – from rules to growth strategies Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ( desirable ) Ability to collaborate with various teams – finance, legal, marketing – and ensure cohesive operations Data-driven decision-maker – no guesswork here Estate agency experience ( desirable ) Degree and/or certifications in business or finance ( desirable )
