Ensure sales force excellence through quarterly business planning and effective monitoring of business performance. Oversee the segmentation and strategy for each customer vertical. Ensure that customer and geographical coverage in the UKI is planned and measured. Lead and/or support business transformation as part of senior management. Anticipate market trends, opportunities and challenges. Responsible for leading the sales implementation of new product launches and line extensions. Monitors and drives delivery of project management, installations & commissioning. Coordinates and monitors forecasting activities. Keep the Group’s vision and values at the forefront of decision making. Perform other related duties assigned by the President UKI. Your Experience & Skills include: Bachelor’s degree (minimum level) in a related discipline and healthcare capital device experience is preferred. Senior sales manager or sales director for 7 Yrs +. Management of 15+ sales staff. 10 years’ industry experience with a focus on sectors including Medical Devices and Medical Technology. Consultative and solutions selling experience and expertise. Excellent financial acumen. Demonstrable experience in a successful business transformation process. Quality control/Regulatory/Clinical/Medical Education credentials will be considered a distinct bonus. Personal Qualities Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment.
