Sales Director – Healthcare Sales UK and Ireland We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead Getinge’s Healthcare Sales Division for the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a difference in this multi-faceted role through the development and implementation of a local sales strategy for the UK and Ireland. With responsibility for successfully delivering Healthcare Sales, Profitability, and Pricing Growth within the SSU, you will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on driving the business through a period of rapid change, against a backdrop of a very challenging NHS market. You will confidently provide strong sales leadership across a broad range of products and market segments and empower your team to capitalize on growth opportunities. Day to day responsibilities will include: Management

Responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving tactical implementation and championing sales process and methodology. Work collaboratively and champion cross-functional working with service, commercial strategy and functional departments. Ensure sales force excellence through quarterly business planning and effective monitoring of business performance. Oversee the segmentation and strategy for each customer vertical. Ensure that customer and geographical coverage in the UKI is planned and measured. Lead and/or support business transformation as part of senior management. Anticipate market trends, opportunities and challenges. Responsible for leading the sales implementation of new product launches and line extensions. Create a funnel 4-5 times the size of budgeted figures. Identify and have input on large scale national high value tenders. People Leadership and Development

Energize the team towards our common vision and ownership of Getinge values and culture. Set the tone for the sales team: lead by example, exhibiting the Getinge values. Recruit, build, manage, and develop the capabilities of the sales team. Be a highly visible, deeply-engaged leader and coach for the team. Drive strong performance with a focus on sales force excellence and continuous improvement. Quality System duties and responsibilities

Ensure all business is conducted in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Budgeting

Prepares annual budget for Healthcare in coordination with President UKI. Execution & Monitoring

Monitors and drives delivery of project management, installations & commissioning. Coordinates and monitors forecasting activities. Keep the Group’s vision and values at the forefront of decision making. Perform other related duties assigned by the President UKI. Your Experience & Skills include: Bachelor’s degree (minimum level) in a related discipline and healthcare capital device experience is preferred. Senior sales manager or sales director for 7 Yrs +. Management of 15+ sales staff. 10 years’ industry experience with a focus on sectors including Medical Devices and Medical Technology. Consultative and solutions selling experience and expertise. Excellent financial acumen. Demonstrable experience in a successful business transformation process. Quality control/Regulatory/Clinical/Medical Education credentials will be considered a distinct bonus. Personal Qualities Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Objective, fact-based approach to problem solving. Driven by values and integrity. Other UK Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK (essential). Driving Licence: Required to hold a valid UK driver’s licence. Travel: Ability to travel within the UK and abroad.
