Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Growing sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts Establish and maintain relationship with other Danfoss sales teams Work with and through Danfoss sales teams and customers to enable thorough understanding of customer applications and needs for Sensing products Drive both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting Sensing products (product guidance, selection, & technical support) and aid in developing value propositions for customers and account managers Develop and maintain action plans for key OEMs with changing conditions and objectives Maintain and review relevant opportunities in Salesforce – both directly owned & shared Develop strategic segment pricing, programs, and promotions as needed Generate sales and demand forecasts that represent business plans and conditions Coordinate sales and support activities with application engineers as needed Obtain and communicate key industry, segment, competitor trends Coordinate MarCom activities with the marketing department to attract and support distributors including shows, advertising, virtual events, and other online content Facilitate and take a leadership role to ensure seamless coordination between sales and other departments such as product managers, logistics, customer service, and application engineering Minimum Qualifications: Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function. Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance. Creative thinker and action-oriented Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business. Professional, tenacious, and strong, convincing communication skills. Experience in HVAC & Water market would be preferred Capability to function in a heavily matrixed environment; ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide support where needed – able to work in a team environment. Hands-on CRM process experience software and other common computer software such as MS Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce.
