Revenue Enablement Manager

to play a critical role in driving our global sales success. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience working directly with the VP of Sales, managing key strategic projects, and shaping the future of our go-to-market function, which spans 100+ employees. Position Overview As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll serve as the VP of Sales’ right hand, taking ownership of critical initiatives that impact the entire sales organization. You’ll deliver strategic projects, implement structured training programs, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our global sales function. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that will require exceptional project management skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and a drive for excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Management

Work closely with the VP of Sales to define, prioritize, and track progress on key strategic initiatives. Follow up with leadership weekly to ensure alignment and momentum on high-priority projects.

Sales Training Programs

Design and implement structured, results-driven training programs across SDR and Sales teams to address targeted metrics and improve performance. Develop and deliver initiatives such as AE certifications and skills training.

Project Execution

Lead critical projects, such as AI-driven pipeline evaluations, creation of sales collateral, managing resources, hiring initiatives, and tool implementation. Collaborate with partnerships and GTM teams to develop and execute joint strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct regular check-ins with SDRs, AEs, and managers to identify challenges and improvement areas. Support the VP of Sales on key calls and execute action items from those meetings.

Operational Efficiency

Partner with Sales Ops to automate reporting processes, including weekly KPI and SLT reporting. Document and refine departmental processes, establishing Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to drive efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who combines intelligence, ambition, and a track record of delivering results. You should: Education & Background :

Be a graduate from a reputable university with a strong academic record and notable achievements. 3+ years of work experience, including roles that involved managing and delivering on complex projects.

Key Attributes :

Entrepreneurial mindset with high standards and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to come across as confident, articulate, and approachable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience :

Experience in project management or roles with significant project ownership (beyond just an AE or sales trainer role). Strong understanding of SaaS products and technology. Proficiency with CRMs and sales enablement tools. Analytical mindset and experience automating or improving reporting processes. Experience in creating high quality content and managing training in the technology / SaaS industry Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies Required experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM...) - experience working with SalesNav, Salesloft, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plus
