We are seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in equipping our sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively sell our products. You will be the bridge between Product Marketing and Sales, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to help our sales team succeed. Key Responsibilities : Training and resources:

Design and deliver effective training programs for sales reps, ensuring they understand Sweep’s platform, target audience, and competitive landscape. Sales content:

Develop and maintain pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, and other materials to communicate Sweep’s value proposition effectively. Collaboration:

Work closely with product and marketing teams to create aligned messaging and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. Performance support:

Analyze sales data and feedback to identify challenges and develop solutions to improve sales effectiveness. Tool management:

Ensure sales teams have access to and are effectively using enablement tools and CRM systems to streamline their workflow. Feedback loop:

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, relaying feedback to refine strategies and resources. That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?

This is who we’re looking for: Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement, product marketing, or sales role, preferably in a SaaS or sustainability-focused company. Proven ability to create high-quality sales enablement materials that are clear, concise, and engaging. Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a strong plus. Qualities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and PowerPoint design skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Highly organized with strong project management skills. A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings. Passion for sustainability and creating a positive impact on the planet.
