Performance Enablement Training Partner Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours) The role: The role of the Performance Enablement Training Partner is instrumental in supporting the growth strategy for Radius. Focusing on the Island of Ireland, this role will support in both the creation and delivery of learning fitting the needs of the Radius business across multiple sites within the island of Ireland. Learning will align to the Learning strategy and framework. The key focus will be very much on developing our people efficiently and effectively through the agreed learning interventions either at Group or local level. Required experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Management or Sales Training Role Training qualifications a distinct advantage Full Clean Driving License Role Responsibilities: Rolling out a progressive and dynamic training program across the island of Ireland focusing on induction and upskill for Agents, Team Leaders and Managers Contribute to the design and delivery of “best in group” training programs for new starter induction and ongoing agent development – leveraging on the Group Learning content. Deliver the upskilling on cross selling opportunities across the island of Ireland product portfolio. Work with the business to ensure post-workshop learning materials are implemented to support embedding of the learning solutions Where required, support with the generic development of tools such as scripts and visual aids to improve customer experience and sales results Create a compelling learning environment to support the best learning experience for our people Work closely with all internal stakeholders to understand fully the needs of the business areas and deliver a ‘best in group’ learning solution Continually seek feedback, formally or informally, post any delivery sessions to ensure continuous improvement Travel to other Radius Offices to support the country in these areas as required Facilitation skills including aligning to learning styles Highly presentable with strong organisational and motivational skills Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally Very strong attention to detail Excellent knowledge of DCI/Radius systems and processes A proven track record in terms of developing Key Sales Agents A ‘can do’ positive attitude and ability to work off own initiative Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines Additional Information: The role will involve training and support across multiple Ireland offices and for all business units, with a requirement for frequent travel and overnight stays as required.
