As official agents for a globally renowned actuation product brand, we supply a full range of electric and pneumatic actuators, along with expert technical support from our Northern Ireland-based facility. We are seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent experienced Sales Engineer with a strong technical engineering background and/or knowledge. The Role:
Generate new business by developing new accounts and managing existing key accounts. Cover the entire sales process from prospecting potential new accounts to dealing with incoming enquiries from our existing customer base. Prepare quotations and tenders to strict deadlines. Maintain proactive contact with our existing and potential customers. Conduct regular sales visits promoting our products and services. Address technical questions, complaints, and warranty issues. Manage customer orders, liaising with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries. What we are looking for:
Strong technical background with a Third Level Engineering qualification. Previous experience with valves, pumps, and related engineering equipment would be a distinct advantage. Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent organisational skills. Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel.
