Sales Engineer

to join our team and support our growth across the Midlands and South of the UK. The Role: As a

Sales Engineer , you will play a key role in driving the expansion of our client base, using your mechanical engineering expertise and sales acumen to forge new business relationships and nurture existing ones. You will deliver bespoke engineering solutions, manage complex sales processes, and collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a mechanical engineering qualification and a proven track record in technical sales to make a significant impact and further their career in an innovative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to fuel growth in the Midlands and South regions Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and support Use your technical expertise to offer consultative sales solutions that meet the unique needs of each client Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction Present and pitch technical solutions, prepare quotations, and lead negotiations to secure new business Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge Keep precise records of sales activities and progress within the CRM system Qualifications & Experience: A Mechanical Engineering qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, or Degree) is essential Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the precision engineering or manufacturing sectors Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for clients Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities Proactive, target-driven, and motivated with a passion for sales Willingness to travel across the Midlands and South of the UK What We Offer: Competitive salary of
