Position: Sales Engineer Seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by combining your technical knowledge with excellent customer engagement. Your primary focus will be understanding the needs of clients, providing tailored air conditioning solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project implementation. A deep understanding of HVAC systems and strong communication skills are key to succeed in this position. Also, chiller or heat pump experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Continuously enhance your knowledge of climate control systems and keep up-to-date with advancements in the industry. Client Requirements: Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide expert advice, transforming their requirements into actionable and effective air conditioning solutions. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Design and deliver impactful presentations that showcase the technical benefits and performance of our air conditioning products, tailored to client needs. Proposals: Collaborate with clients to develop bespoke climate control solutions, ensuring all technical aspects are integrated into clear, well-structured proposals. Technical Discussions: Explain complex technical concepts in a simple, accessible way, ensuring clients at all levels of technical understanding feel confident in the solutions you provide. Internal Relationships: Work alongside project and application teams to ensure technical solutions align with client expectations, contributing to a cohesive sales strategy. Project Transition: Facilitate a smooth handover from sales to implementation, providing necessary technical support to the project delivery team for seamless execution. Client Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor. Adapt communication methods for both face-to-face and virtual client interactions, utilizing the latest digital tools. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Accurately forecast and report on sales activity using CRM systems and internal tools, ensuring transparency and efficiency in tracking progress.
