We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales & Events Co-Ordinator based at Olympia Hospitality. Location:

£28,000-£30,000 per annum Shift Pattern:
40 hours per week, 5 over 7 Key Responsibilities: Have excellent knowledge of venue capabilities, capacities, unique selling points, and pricing. Follow up on all enquiries within 24 hours and record them in the system. Responsible for sales administration. Keep up to date with all online listings and assist with managing subscription renewals. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new key corporates, agents, and platforms within the industry with a focus on securing new and repeat business. Possess excellent people skills. Have great communication skills. Impeccable time management and attention to detail.
