37.5 hours: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm We are looking for experienced Telesales staff to join a dynamic team of digital marketing enthusiasts committed to helping the growth of small to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities : Outbound Cold Calling : Engage in high-volume cold calling to connect with businesses and introduce them to our industry-leading digital marketing services. Client Acquisition : Drive new business by effectively communicating the value of our services and converting leads into clients. Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. Calendar & CRM Management : Maintain and manage calendars, CRM systems, and email communication to ensure a smooth sales process and follow-up. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to maximize results. Required Skills : Confident Communicator : You possess the ability to engage and persuade business owners and decision-makers confidently. Strong Work Ethic : You are driven, self-motivated, and have a relentless desire to achieve and exceed targets. Direct Approach : You’re comfortable with a direct, no-nonsense approach to outbound sales.
