Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their UK and Europe sales team. The ideal Sales Executive will be an ambitious self-starter with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of client needs. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products and services in their UK showroom and across territory. This role requires extensive travel within the UK and sometimes overseas to meet new clients, so you will need to be a car driver and be happy with the travel element of the role.

Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Conduct gap analysis to identify growth opportunities within the current client base. Target potential new business opportunities and create strategies to secure them. Develop and maintain 'client retention' plans to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate with departmental colleagues to address and resolve any client concerns. Conduct client visits to ensure proper display maintenance and adequate staff training. Confidently promote our brands in showrooms, stores, and exhibitions. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about competitors. Provide detailed, accurate monthly reports on activities and market trends. Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Experience and Skills Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a B2B account management or sales focused role. Full UK driving license. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills. Ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated. Ability to identify and understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to resolve client issues with creativity and speed. Degree level, German, French or Spanish is advantageous.
