Sales Executive Opportunity Location: Newcastle Position: Permanent Arrangements: Fully On-Site Salary: DOE An innovative client in software solutions is looking for a hardworking and enigmatic Sales Executive to join their team. This role will be onboarding, selling, and growing business for a unique software product in healthcare. Key responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and arrange appropriate demonstrations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if required. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Create quotations for clients with accurate information and pricing. Maintain a high level of admin to ensure client records are maintained at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Maintain sales case records to the highest standards using the in-house CRM system. You will bring: 1-2 years' experience in a sales background (preferably experienced with doing so over the phone, messages, and video calls). Excellent customer service and sales skills. Willingness to develop with feedback and mentorship. Representation of the company in a professional manner. Experience working with a CRM, maintaining records and updating client profiles and progress. Working hours are Monday-Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 8:30-5:30. This role is looking for someone eager, driven, and interested in software solutions/B2B Sales.
