Sales Executive

to join our team and contribute to our business growth by expanding our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify and engage potential clients such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and wholesalers to secure new business. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Account Management : Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently. Collaboration & Reporting : Collaborate with production and delivery teams to ensure excellent client service. Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, bakery, or FMCG sectors. Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Strong knowledge of the local market in Bognor Regis and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse clients. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
