Key Responsibilities :
• Achieve and exceed sales growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by developing existing accounts and securing new business from dormant accounts. • Proactively engage with customers through daily outbound calls and follow-up activities • Follow up on incoming leads from new enquiries, events, and marketing activities. • Onboard new accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the External Sales team. • Identify opportunities for introducing new products to drive revenue. • Share best practices with the team and contribute to overall performance improvement. • Work closely with the marketing team to feedback on customer insights and attend any shows or Supplier events where relevant.
The Candidate:
• Minimum 1 year's sales experience from within the construction or ground care equipment/tools industry. • Ability to commute into Bolton Monday to Friday • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills. • Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional listening, presentation, and written communication skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
