As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle needs, and guide them through our range of prestigious vehicles to find the perfect match. Product Knowledge:

Provide expert advice on our vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and financing options to ensure customers make informed decisions. Test Drives & Demonstrations:

Organise and conduct test drives, showcasing the features and performance of our cars in a way that highlights their unique selling points. Relationship Building:

Build lasting relationships with customers, following up after their visit and ensuring they receive first class service at every stage of their buying journey. Sales Performance:

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Administrative Support:

Complete sales paperwork, process customer orders, and manage customer information in line with company procedures. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6.00pm. Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm. Sunday: 11.00am- 4.00pm (Alternate weekends). Salary: Basic: £20,000. OTE: £45,000. Your profile To thrive in this role, you will need the following skills and experience: Experience:

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly desirable, but a passion for cars and customer service is equally important. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers. Sales Expertise:

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and meet sales targets consistently. Customer Focus:

A customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service experience. Driver’s License:
