Have call centre/sales experience Possess a fantastic telephone manner and the ability to speak clearly and concisely Are punctual and dedicated Are motivated and have a willing attitude Can respond to all customer contact via inbound and outbound calls Aim for 1st call resolution every time Can build rapport with customers, acting as a strong ambassador for the brand Work as part of a wider team to achieve company goals Are target and money driven Are competitive and resilient Have a can-do and positive approach We’ve gone from strength to strength in our organisation and have ambitious plans for the future.
