up to £50,000 OTE
including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission Working hours : (44 hours) rota basis between Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 14:00 (one day off midweek and Sundays on rota) Do you have a desire to provide the best customer experience possible? Full support and training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1. At Braintree Ford, we have Sales Advisors specialising in New or Used car sales, ensuring compliance with our FCA regulated sales process. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing deals. A
full UK driving licence is a must. Responsibilities / Key Skills Communicating effectively with customers to maintain high service levels Listening to customer wants and needs, and suggesting suitable vehicles Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives Negotiating the final price for sales Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale Following up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction Maintaining minimum standards to consistently hit KPIs If your skills and experience match what we are looking for, please apply today and a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch.
