Neu-Servo Repairs are a market leader in the automation repair sector. Neu-Servo provides service repair support for all manner of industrial automation 24/7 to some of the world’s leading manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Food, Medical, and Oil and Gas industry sectors. As part of our continued growth, Neu-Servo is looking to add a Sales Executive to our growing team. You will be a self-motivated, experienced sales executive with a proven track record in external sales and have a real hunger for business development and sales growth. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to develop long-standing relationships with your clients. You will be tasked with developing and growing your own customer base offering Neu-Servo’s expert service support in the repair of Servo motors, Industrial Electronics, and other related CNC and Robotic equipment. Industry experience is not essential as some product training will be provided; however, some foundational knowledge would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities:

Discover and develop profitable sales leads. Develop a foundational knowledge of Neu-Servo’s service offerings. Communicate effectively to acquire site visits to promote Neu-Servo’s service. Confidently present Neu-Servo’s service capability to multiple decision-makers to acquire new clients for the business. Develop long-term relationships with acquired accounts to develop leads into sister sites. Achieve and exceed sales targets provided by the Managing Director. Create new opportunities in different industry sectors UK wide. Complete regular sales reports for review by the Managing Director. Key Skills:

Professional sales training record. Excellent communication skills suited to multiple platforms. Proven sales record in either an External sales or Business Development role. Computer literacy. Efficient organisational skills. Clean UK driving licence. Benefits include: 20 days holiday up to 25 days after 5 years’ service (not inclusive of Bank holidays). Opportunity to significantly enhance earnings via Performance bonus scheme (expected £45k minimum earnings, opportunity to significantly increase earnings through Performance bonus).
