Fish Brothers is a family-run business and treats every staff member as a valued member of the family. We currently represent 10 different Brands in the Sale and Service of their vehicles; this allows us to offer great opportunities for career progression within the Automotive Industry in the Swindon area. Being based in the Swindon area for over 75 years, we are actively involved in all areas of the community, supporting charities such as Julia’s House, supplying kit for local sports teams and helping fund equipment for the local hospital. Putting back into the local community is very important to us. The Opportunity: As a Sales Consultant, you will be highly skilled at discovering customer needs and matching those with the right product. You’ll likely be someone who has previously worked in a similar role, as an automotive sales executive or retail executive, demonstrating your ability to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll get a buzz from personal interaction, listening, adapting, and guiding the customer towards the best choice for them. You’ll be ready to apply your in-depth product knowledge to build the closest possible match between product and customer. As a Sales Consultant with Fish Brothers Lexus Swindon, you’ll be proud to represent the Lexus brand and get great satisfaction from turning showroom visitors into loyal customers.
