Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintaining a high level of energy to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Utilising your IT skills to navigate our client's CRM system and accurately update customer information. Collaborating with the wider team to share insights and best practices, ensuring the achievement of team targets.

Requirements:
A valid driver's licence and a passion for all things automotive. Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, accompanied by a positive and confident phone manner. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
