You’ll be proactively advising and selling all CIM learning and development products and services. You’ll spot opportunities to upsell and cross sell whilst developing long lasting relationships. You’ll take great pride in achieving / surpassing individual and departmental targets whilst delivering first class results to our customers as their needs are at the heart of everything we do. In a typical day, you might : Act as a trusted learning advisor to provide guidance and solutions to customers. Maintain and develop excellent relationships with all customers via video calls, email and in-person if required. Provide outstanding post-sale support and guidance to customers to encourage retention and reduce deferral rate per CIM Academy qualification session. Respond to all email and phone enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. When there is an opportunity to grow the business, work collaboratively with the in-company sales team and attend meetings if required. Be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities to consistently achieve team and individual targets. Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to ensure consistently high level of service. To maintain the CRM system/pipeline ensuring data is accurately recorded. Continuously maintain high levels of product and marketing industry knowledge.
