Location: Coventry (Office Based) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Commission Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 3pm

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and fast-growing organisation working in the exhibitions sector. About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Manager in sourcing, pitching, and closing companies to exhibit at our clients' exhibitions. This is a full-time, office-based role, so you must be able to commute to Coventry daily.

This is primarily a phone-based sales role, and you will be provided with a database for calls to support the sales cycle. The company has a full marketing team providing warm to hot leads, ensuring you always have a steady pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve set revenue targets on an annual basis. Visit competitor exhibitions and domestic clients, closing business face-to-face as well as over the phone. Maintain regular updates and logs on the company CRM system (Salesforce). Manage post-sales service and client account management. Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments where necessary. Utilise social media platforms to increase sales numbers.

About You We're looking for a sales executive who is results-driven, highly organised, and thrives in both phone-based and face-to-face sales environments. You will have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

Essential Criteria: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience. Strong experience with phone-based selling and face-to-face appointments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. A positive attitude with a desire to continuously improve.
