The role A fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join one of our popular franchises where you can assist in providing a high-quality service for our customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We will provide you with sales process, FCA and compliance training through our Sales Orientation course and specific manufacturer training. Who you are An experienced salesperson with a desire to continue, or start, their career in the motor industry Have a passionate and proactive attitude to support customers You will build rapport with customers easily and enjoy working in a target-driven environment Have a keen interest in the motor industry and a desire for a successful sales career What you’ll do Ensure customers receive good outcomes from every interaction Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service Achieve individual sales targets by satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries through prospecting and marketing Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance Adhere to Marshall and industry regulations If you would like to know more about this opportunity, apply online and one of our recruitment specialists will be in touch.
