Role Overview:
Develop new business opportunities & manage existing client accounts.
Nurture prospects, convert them into loyal clients, and drive revenue growth.
Utilise consultative sales & account management skills.
Manage client projects & report progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing to produce engaging webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage sales pipeline & drive exceptional account management. Use Zoho projects to keep projects on track. Engage prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach. Create compelling pitch decks leveraging PowerPoint, SEMrush, & Google Analytics. Organise and track project deliverables using CRM and project management tools. Deliver quarterly business reviews.
About You:
1+ years of experience in a digital agency, sales, or account management. Passionate about consultative sales & skilled in pitching and negotiation. Excels in building engaging relationships with clients and prospects. Highly organised & detail-oriented, with a focus on meeting deadlines. Good understanding of digital marketing; SEO knowledge is a plus. Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to drive results. Proficient in CRM tools & managing projects with clear timelines.
