Recent milestones include the celebration of 10,000 completed surgeries showcasing the company's commitment to pushing boundaries. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Identify and progress new business opportunities through the sales funnel. Collaborate on lead generation, brand awareness, and marketing strategies. Implement customer offerings, pricing, and tender management. Support global and regional commercial initiatives. Develop the Market:

Analyze market trends and competitors, identifying untapped business opportunities. Play a key role in business development through conferences and stakeholder management. About You:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development in Medical Devices ideally in Capital sales and/or complex MedTech products. In-depth knowledge of hospital buying processes, capital sales, and negotiation. Ability to leverage internal resources for effective proposition construction. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bonus Points if you have:
