New Homes Sales Executive Superstar Key Purpose of Role:

To be the superhero of New Homes Sales, smashing targets, maximizing moolah, and spreading joy across our client's realm. Salary:

£27,000 per annum + Commission OTE additional £20,000 Perks:

Mileage paid after the first 15 miles, Pension Scheme, Annual Leave of 25 days plus bank holidays in lieu. Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 5:30 PM Key Duties / Responsibilities: Be the shining beacon of customer delight, dazzling existing and potential purchasers with your charm and expertise. Channel your inner detective and chase down leads via email, phone, and other methods. Ensure the Marketing Suite and Show Homes are always ready for viewings. Patrol the land weekly, ensuring signs are well-maintained and webpages are error-free. Keep an eye on the competition, updating our intel monthly. Forge alliances with local Estate Agents to recruit more allies. Explore the area, uncovering details about amenities, schools, shops, and transport links. Champion our Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives and promote our Panel Solicitors. Identify unsold units and collaborate with the Sales Manager to address them. Use your sales skills to upsell extras and maximize sales opportunities. Choose colors for unsold units to enhance their appeal. Inspect completed units daily, reporting any defects to the Site Manager. Keep in touch with purchasers weekly, keeping them informed about their new home. Monitor sales progress, ensuring contracts are exchanged promptly. Prepare plots for their reveal and ensure smooth legal completions with the Site Manager. Sales Superstar Specifications: Experience:

Experience within a housebuilding company in a similar role. Key Knowledge and Skills: A deep understanding of the New Build Industry and Housing Market. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A proven track record in New Build Sales. Knowledge of GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, The Consumer Code for House Builders. Excellent organisational and customer service skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable with IT systems. Ability to work as part of a team and manage your own workload. Personal Superpowers: A high degree of self-motivation.
