brand-new, multi-franchise site in Dundee – coming soon! This role is pivotal to the success of our company, demanding the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You’ll be part of a dynamic team helping to shape the future of our new Dundee site. The Role as Sales Executive/Car Sales Executive Delivering monthly sales targets for KPIs such as new vehicles, used vehicles, finance insurance, and accessories, including any brand requirements. Building strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and creating lasting relationships. Following up on enquiries and marketing activities with potential customers. Coordinating the order and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner. Adhering to sales procedures, including accurate customer detail recording, appraisal, and database updates. Accurately appraising part exchanges in line with group standards. Skills & Experience to Succeed Previous experience in car sales (Sales Executive/Sales Advisor/Car Sales Executive) is preferable. A proven track record of closing sales, including handling objections and negotiating effectively. Strong ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Self-motivated, with experience meeting and exceeding targets. Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to present product information effectively. Why Join Us?
