WLMG Eastcote MG is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our thriving dealership. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a passionate individual to contribute to our continued success. The Role: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used vehicles, as well as associated products (finance, insurance, accessories). Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and presentations. Effectively manage the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. Contribute to a positive and professional team environment. What We Offer: Competitive basic salary of £20,000. Excellent earning potential through commission structure. Rota-based schedule with a fixed day off during the week and alternating Sundays. Working hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, Sunday 10:30am-4:30pm. Clean UK driving licence. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
