Thanks to our growth plans for the US and Americas regions, we are now hiring for an Equipment Operator/Inspection Technician for our Americas region. This role will involve both onshore and offshore work patterns. The individual is responsible for performing and supporting on-site inspection services, load testing of Client assets, and product change-outs, which may include the commissioning and operating of equipment in a safe, competent, and professional manner. Effective communication must be maintained between various stakeholders, including the Client, Third Parties, and internal “Motive” departments. We have an exciting opportunity as part of our APAC team to join us as Workshop Trainee. This position will assist in tasks such as the collection and receipt of goods, operating a forklift for material handling, supporting painting and finishing tasks, and contributing to general housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment. To consistently align with our People values, we are hiring for an HR Coordinator to contribute significantly to our ongoing commitment to the services we provide. As part of the HR team at Motive and reporting to the HR Team Lead, the HR Coordinator will take ownership of required tasks and be proactive and an excellent communicator, able to build strong trusting relationships quickly. Through HR & Recruitment, our mission is to help our staff get the most out of working for the business and increase awareness of who we are as an employer. This role will play a significant part in making that happen. The Technical Sales Manager will be an integral part of the sales team and is key to the success of Motive Offshore Group’s business goals. As Technical Sales Manager for Motive, you will carry out sales activities on assigned clients and also generate and qualify sales leads to meet company objectives. You will ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the Motive Offshore Quality Management System. We are hiring for a Sales Administrator as part of our European Sales team, based in Aberdeenshire. In this role, you will provide administrative support to stakeholders, dealing with telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner, thereby contributing to the efficient and effective coordination and processing of all Sales Enquiries and Order Confirmations. This is a 1-year, Fixed Term Maternity Cover contract; however, it will contribute significantly to the team, business, and the services that we at Motive provide. We are currently hiring for a Workshop Technician for our Certification & Inspection (C&I) team, based at our workshop in Kintore. In this role, the Workshop Technician will provide operational support to Motive Certification and Inspection to ensure smooth transition and running of active jobs and verify that all tasks are completed as per the Work in Progress list. This is an important role for the business, as we look to expand our services within the (C&I) team. The Workshop Technician will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines. We are hiring for an Operations Manager to lead our team & projects for the services we provide to the clients that we support across multiple sectors in the APAC region. The Operations Manager for APAC is responsible for effective planning of internal and external projects and ensuring team members are trained to execute projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring the company targets are met or exceeded. It is the Operations Manager’s responsibility to manage and review projects and to offer improvements on how the business operates while continuing to liaise with internal and external shareholders to develop relationships that encourage repeat business. As HSEQ Advisor, you will join a small HSEQ team committed to upholding great Health and Safety standards throughout the company. Through the HSEQ Department, our mission is to help our staff maintain a safe environment and increase awareness of how to spot any safety concerns. This role will play a massive part in making that happen.

And you’ll be working alongside a committed and proud Motive team in the UK and globally that want to play their part in the growth of the business and support each other daily to create a positive, values-driven, and hard-working professional environment.
