What You'll Do
Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, showcasing our products and services. Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. Prepare and process quotes and sales orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
What They're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. A proven track record in sales, meeting, and exceeding targets. Self-motivation with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
Desirable Skills: Experience with CRM software to streamline client management. Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve.
What We Offer Competitive salary: £27,375.00 - £35,000.00 per year. Generous bonus scheme, including yearly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package: Company pension Employee discounts On-site parking Supportive and collaborative work environment.
Schedule Full-time: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
Qualifications Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in electrical wholesaling (required). Driving Licence: (preferred).
