ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-End Sales Ownership : Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to prospect engagement and successful deal closure, delivering cutting-edge technical solutions to clients across diverse geographies. Lead Engagement & Business Development : Drive early-stage business development by nurturing relationships with new and existing accounts, ultimately converting them into loyal purchasing customers. Revenue Growth : Expand top-line revenue by deepening relationships with current customers, acquiring new clients, and driving upsell opportunities, emphasizing adoption and usage of the company's products, solutions, and services. Strategic Execution : Collaborate with the Head of Sales EMEA and other sales leaders to align with and execute the company's Go-To-Market strategies effectively. Value Proposition Advocacy : Present a compelling vision of the company's value propositions to leads and prospects, clearly articulating the strengths and benefits of the product and solution portfolio. Customer-Centric Solutions : Analyze and understand customer technical requirements, collaborating with Support and the Products Group to align product offerings with client needs. Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner openly with Marketing, Sales Operations, Products Group, Support, and Operations teams to implement go-to-market plans and accelerate growth initiatives. Operational Excellence : Maintain and update Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate forecasting, seamless operational flow, and consistent business linearity. Growth & Development : Continuously grow alongside the company, embracing new responsibilities and tasks as the role evolves. KEY MEASURABLES: Meet Orders and Sales targets set. Achievement of Weekly/Quarterly/Yearly KPI's. Timely management of inbound leads and enquiries. Active prospecting for new accounts. Consistently generate opportunities to grow the sales pipeline. Correct use of Salesforce ensuring clear and accurate forecast. Engage with customers to generate marketing content to promote the company. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Tertiary qualification in a related technical field is required. 5+ years experience of sales and account management, experience with high-tech solutions in at least one of the following verticals; aerospace & defence, surveying, autonomous vehicles/robotics, or maritime/subsea. Demonstrates positive attitude and presence with the ability to represent and present in front of an audience. Be a strong team player that is passionate about being a part of a fast-moving and entrepreneurial company. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and customers across the geographies. Working in a global collaborative cross-functional environment. Have an understanding that you could be travelling roughly 10-15% of the time. Relevant technical knowledge, such as inertial sensors, acoustics, GNSS, optical sensors, and robotics with an ability to go deep enough on technical aspects to differentiate between varied and comparable navigation products/solutions in the market. A sense of being coach-able and invested in your professional growth, development, and career path. Strong skills with CRM solutions such as Salesforce. Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to be both technical and analytical. The ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, international cultures, and distributed teams. Languages: fluent English, knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
