are recruiting an experienced

Sales Executive

to join the team at our

Fareham location . The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all day to day sales enquiries and requests from new prospects and potential customers for B2B and B2C/Leisure. Utilising salesforce CRM system by recording all sales activity and productivity to maximise revenue performance. What you'll do: Establishing prospective customer’s travel needs in order to provide suitable solutions that suit their requirements Providing prompt quotations and proactively following up on sales pipeline Delivery of excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Building strong client relationships to retain custom and encourage repeat business Promote and upsell additional services to meet the customer needs Knowledge of your up and coming pipeline and expectations around probabilities and conversion of opportunities Delivering sales against structured KPIs and revenue targets What you'll need: Excellent working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce & Coach Manager) Exemplary sales skills with a customer oriented approach Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively Experience within a similar position Familiarity of products & services provided by NETS (desirable, as training is provided if required) What we offer in return for your hard work and commitment: Free Bus & Coach travel for yourself Complimentary coach travel for a Nominated Person or complimentary bus travel for a Spouse or Partner 50% discount for friends and family on full fares on our coach services Life Assurance Company pension Employee Assistance programme Private online GP service Inclusivity Commitment: National Express is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve and we positively encourage applications from all sectors of the community.
