Role Overview: Achieving monthly sales targets for new vehicles, used vehicles, finance, and additional products. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs. Carry out telephone prospecting and follow up on marketing activities. Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles. Follow internal sales procedures, including accurate recording of customer details, appraisal, and compiling and maintaining a customer base. Accurately appraise part exchanges.
