Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building a long-term rapport with customers. Maintain a professional approach and possess first-class people skills. Be driven and highly motivated to succeed. Demonstrate success in your current position concerning sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.). Requirements
Experience in a Sales Executive role within the motor industry, with a proven track record of success. Ability to follow a structured sales process while building a strong rapport with each customer. Determined to succeed and prepared to drive performance on a daily basis. Must have a valid UK driving licence.
