Car Sales Executive
to join their busy and thriving site. Responsibilities include: Meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, and demonstrating vehicles accordingly. Following a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building a long-term rapport with customers. Maintaining a friendly but professional approach with first-class people skills. Demonstrating success in current position regarding sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.). Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry. Ability to follow a structured sales process while building strong rapport with each customer. Determination to succeed and a preparedness to drive performance on a daily basis. A valid UK driving license is required.
