Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department. Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups to maximize sales and maintain repeat business. Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles. Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives. Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies, and procedures at all times. Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
A full clean driving licence is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs. You will be highly motivated. Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development. Smart appearance, friendly and approachable. Be punctual with excellent time management. Location:
High Wycombe Hours:
Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm with a day off in the week, No Sundays!!!
