Your Mission As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to build instant rapport with customers, actively listen and process their needs to offer tailored packages. You will need to overcome objections with in-depth product knowledge and think creatively to provide unique business solutions. Resilience is key, as you will often encounter the word 'No'. Self-motivation is crucial, as the company trusts you to manage your time effectively without micro-management. Setting personal goals will be essential for your success. This role requires at least six months of sales experience, with a preference for those familiar with the business energy market. Key Competencies Strong ability to build instant rapport with customers. Excellent listening skills to understand and meet customer needs. Proficient in overcoming objections with thorough product knowledge. Creative thinking to offer unique and standout solutions. Resilience in facing rejections and maintaining a positive attitude.
