Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with the ability to effectively communicate. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients, utilizing software tools such as Salesforce to track progress and manage leads. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities. Utilise Salesforce for managing customer interactions, tracking sales progress, and reporting on performance metrics. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of products and services offered. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimise sales efforts. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings and expand your professional network. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone. Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for sales and a commitment to achieving results while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing preferred. Other relevant qualifications considered depending on experience.
