THE ROLE As a Sales Executive, your role will focus on growing our B2B business both locally and internationally through strategic field/telesales initiatives. You'll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, from small health stores to large retailers. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Develop and execute field/telesales strategies and goals. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Implement a thorough and organised approach to journey planning and sales calls by utilising cold and warm leads. Keep accurate customer records on CRM. Meet and exceed sales targets in your designated region. Work in collaboration with the Business Development Manager and other team members. WHAT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE SHOULD I HAVE? Established background in Field/Telesales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised approach to planning and executing sales calls. Experience in food supplement sales is desirable but not mandatory. High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously. Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Basic understanding of CRM software. Strong negotiation skills. Probing and fact-finding techniques. Aptitude for understanding market trends and customer needs. A valid driver's license. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? Excellent working atmosphere with a team as passionate about food supplements as you are.
