Sales Executive £23,500 to £25,000 basic salary plus commission Award-Winning Training Collaborative Working Environment Host Podcasts & Travel Internationally Evolution is hiring for Sales Executives. What makes Evolution the perfect place to start your career as a Sales Executive? The training you'll receive as a Sales Executive is exceptional and the best in the industry: We were the first business to ever be accredited at Platinum level by Investors in People and we have also received the Princess Royal Training Award TWICE! This is because all Sales Executives start their careers at Evolution with a dedicated 10-week onboarding programme. You will then receive at least 1 hour of personalised training every single week, plus monthly masterclasses and access to additional external courses/resources. We are committed to giving our Sales Executives the best possible start to their careers and providing continuous support and training. Our approach to recruitment is distinctive and unique: Other recruitment agencies might talk about being “consultative” and “no cold calling,” but we are genuine when we say it. We have a content-led approach to recruitment which allows you to build proper relationships with clients and candidates. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be supported in hosting podcasts and travel to the Nordics region at least once a quarter to meet clients and candidates. It’s all about collaboration, relationship building, and being a problem solver - not a product pusher. What will you be doing as a Sales Executive? Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls, podcasts, and face-to-face meetings). Talent generation and attracting candidates through headhunting and social media channels. Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates. Reaching out to new and existing clients to ascertain their hiring needs. What about you? Does this describe you? High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks, and disappointments (such as candidates taking roles elsewhere, accepting counter-offers, or clients changing the job brief). Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to meet sales targets. Able to come up with creative ideas and solutions-driven. Excellent team-working and able to collaborate with colleagues and share ideas. Enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment. In return, we offer this amazing benefits package to our Sales Executives: Basic salary of £23,500 - £25,000. 1st Year OTE £30k - £40k; 2nd Year OTE £40k - £50k; 3rd Year OTE £50k - £60k+; 4th Year OTE £60k - £100k. 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. Christmas Shutdown. Quarterly incentives: 2 UK and 2 European trips. UK trips include white water rafting, Zip World, go-karting, escape rooms, etc., as well as regular lunches/dinners/drinks. European trips to places like Tenerife, Ibiza, Prague, Budapest, Krakow, and Porto. Annual Global Incentive to places like Barbados, New York, Las Vegas, Miami, and Tokyo. Health Care & Pension. Free access to a well-equipped gym, studio with classes, and steam and sauna rooms. Next Steps & Process If you are interested in this Sales Executive opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV. We have a 3-step interview process: 1st stage is an initial 20-30 minute telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager. 2nd stage is a 45-minute video interview with the Head of People. Final stage is a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and a Director lasting approximately 1 hour. We will share some of the questions before the interview as we are committed to helping candidates be as comfortable as possible so you can showcase yourself in the best way possible. We expect the timescale for this 3-stage interview process to take approximately 5-7 working days.
