www.greystar.com . JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting leasing, occupancy, and revenue objectives for our Multifamily portfolio. You’ll be a part of the central leasing team responsible for key activities during the leasing journey of our potential residents. These activities include lead generation, qualification and conversion, scheduling and conducting viewings, closing sales, and completing the required administration. JOB DESCRIPTION Key Role Responsibilities: Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members to deliver an exceptional resident journey. Responds to all incoming sales channels and initiates proactive outbound contact to convert our lead database. Answers all calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional, engaging, and timely manner to hit the key central sales team KPIs. Qualifies potential applicants and ensures all data capture and details of the contact are updated in the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner. Converts inquiries and leads into viewing appointments and leases to achieve multifamily leasing and occupancy targets. Conducts viewings and relevant follow-ups with prospects. Converts leads and tours into residents through needs-based selling and negotiation. Follows up on potential applicants' required documentation, contract returns, and payment processing. Updates property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.) to ensure all relevant apartments and properties are listed on the market and generate leads. Plans and organizes daily activities to maximize productivity. Actively understands, updates, and improves knowledge of community, amenities, units, and local area features. Supports all communities including cross-selling based on potential resident requirements. Undertakes activities to promote the property and monitors competitor activity. Assists with the delivery of successful open days including the preparation and execution of event launch plans and requirements. About You: Good level of general education evidencing literacy and numeracy. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases/booking systems, e.g., Entrata/Yardi/Salesforce. Excellent customer service skills and experience in a sales role in a similar world-class accommodation/hospitality/leisure or reservations/membership environment. The ability to influence, adapt at pace, and be motivated by exceeding customer service and sales targets. Evidence of organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Culturally aware and able to adapt relationship-building, communications, and negotiation skills to suit the audience. A team player who is evidently approachable and welcoming. Proactive with a can-do attitude and an ability to act autonomously, taking decisions and/or action when required. Proficient at using online and web tools/resources for gathering and presenting research and information. Fluent English verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are desirable.
