Sales Associates

The Role: As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and building strong client relationships. You’ll engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-oriented environment and has a passion for sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify sales opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term success. Understand client requirements and present product solutions that meet their needs. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to achieve targets and optimise performance. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Resilient with a positive attitude towards challenges and achieving targets. Why Apply?
