Competitive Salary: On offer is a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission Holiday: 23 Days per annum, plus Bank Holidays Employee extras such as: Provision of Company lunches 4 days per week and Employee Assistance Programme About the role:

In this Sales Executive role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your mission? To elevate our customer experience by providing expert advice on our innovative products while building lasting relationships. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking team that values your contributions! In this role, you will be working from 8am - 5pm for 5 days a week. Main duties and responsibilities:

Take responsibility for managing and responding to all incoming leads, providing exceptional customer service. Generate outbound calls to end users, discussing our products and identifying their needs to drive sales growth. Build rapport with both new and existing customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed. Support the account management team by facilitating referrals and other sales opportunities. Coordinate product demonstrations and manage the “Leads Inbox” effectively. Uphold and promote the Company Vision and Values in every interaction. Consistently meet and exceed KPIs around sales targets and appointments booked. About you:

You excel in a team-oriented environment, treating colleagues with the highest respect. With a knack for communication, you possess the ability to listen, understand, and act on customers' needs. The ability to quickly and efficiently close sales opportunities and a desire to win new business. Your previous sales experience, paired with a strong grasp of CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite, makes you a perfect fit for this role.
