Your day to day: As the successful Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, expanding our market reach, and promoting our high-quality products to clients in various sectors. This role offers excellent growth potential within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local and regional market. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential clients, providing detailed product information and answering customer queries. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as necessary. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Attend trade shows, networking events, and meetings to promote brand and products. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Ensure timely and efficient follow-up with all leads and opportunities, tracking progress through the sales pipeline. Contribute to achieving overall business growth targets, expanding our market presence.

Your essential ingredients Proven experience in sales, ideally within the food industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and other sales tools. Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK as needed. Desirable Experience in the food industry, especially within the gourmet, hospitality, or retail sectors. Knowledge of food trends and market insights. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
